A typical Savoyard chalet, the 250m2 Merlo has 3 levels, a garden and a terrace.
It's ideal for holidays with family or friends.

Ideally located at the crossroads of the most beautiful resorts in the Alps, Chalet Merlo is :
- 16min by car to Sainte-Foy Station
- 9min by car to Villaroger, with access to the Les Arcs/Paradiski ski area
- 16min drive to La Rosière, Franco-Italian ski area
- 30min drive to Tignes and Val d'Isère

Chalet Merlo is composed as follows:

GROUND FLOOR:
- 3 bedrooms: each with its own bathroom with shower or bath and toilet. The high quality bedding can be arranged as 1 double bed or 2 single beds. Each south-facing bedroom has a French window with direct access to the garden and a view of the valley and the Mont Pourri glacier.
- Laundry room with washing machine, tumble dryer and storage space.

Ground floor:
- 3 bedrooms: each with a private bathroom (with shower or bath and toilet). The master bedroom also has a balcony and a double bed with a typical Savoyard wooden frame.
They are south-facing with views over the valley and Mont Pourri.

All the bedrooms have a wardrobe with hanging space made from typical Savoyard old wood and all the curtains are made from Maison Arpin wool.

1st floor:
- The large, south-facing living room with bay windows and panoramic views over the valley and the Mont Pourri glacier.
With its cosy sofas, fireplace and mezzanine area, it's the perfect place to relax and unwind. The large dining room table seats 12. The fully-equipped kitchen makes it easy to prepare delicious meals!

This large space gives access to the south-facing terrace with its garden furniture, where you can enjoy the sunshine and warmth whatever the season. The mezzanine area provides a play area for children (video, board games) and a quiet place for adults to work.

The ground-level garden with the RCB is perfectly flat and has a jacuzzi that can accommodate up to 8 people! What a pleasure to bask under the stars after a great day's sport.

The outbuildings include 1 massage room, 1 gym, 1 yoga room equipped with a table tennis table and a sauna. 2 outdoor parking spaces complete this exceptional property.
