You can cancel for free you booking 60 days before your arrival

In order to guarantee you a stay in all serenity, in the event of cancellation of your stay, we guarantee the reimbursement free of charge (excluding administrative costs) of your reservation up to 60* days before your arrival, whatever the reasons.

Cancellation of a reservation for ACCOMMODATION (including ski equipment and ski lessons) may give rise to a refund subject to and after deduction of the costs calculated according to the following conditions (in number of days between the date of receipt of the cancellation letter or email and the planned date of arrival):
- D-60 before start of stay: €0 cancellation fee
- Between D-60 and D-30 before the start of your stay: a charge of 30% of the cost of each Service
- Between D-29 and D-15 before the start of your stay: a charge of 70% of the cost of each Service
- Between D-14 and 0 days before the start of your stay: a fee of 100% of the cost of each service.

In the event of cancellation, we will retain the amount of the booking fee.
All taxes and concierge services paid via Sainte-Foy Réservation will be refunded in full.
